Led the strategy and roadmap for the primary digital engagement point of the company. The combined value streams process over $7b/y in transactions, drives continuous growth and enables a loyalty program connected to over 40% of unique transactions. Added features for parking reservations, Apple Google pay, security enhancements, personalization integrations, EV charging, customer feedback. The product experienced an average 12% y/y growth.

Fuelbook
Mobile App - Product Manager
Led the roadmap of the Fuelbook iOS and Android mobile apps and fuelbook.com to improve usability and increase adoption. Fuelbook is a B2B fuel price optimizer which enables truck drivers and trucking fleets to find the best prices on fuel, including fleet specific pricing deals with all travel centers and fuel tax visibility.

In the first year these tools recorded over 166,000,000 engagements with an average engagement per user rate of 10.6 per visit, a 32% per year increase over three years and continuously evolved to keep pace with on-air and sponsored events.

Managed the 0-1 product cycle of a b2b2c platform serving Clayton Homes, their independent dealers and the home buyers. The platform consists of SEO optimized website builder, inventory management, a custom CRM, search engine marketing (SEM), and back office API integrations with Clayton Homes. The platform includes customizable analytics, lead generation and customer journey automations. Dealers experienced an average of 80% conversion rate directly through the platform.

Managed the 0-1 product cycle of a b2b platform serving craft breweries and retailers making it quick and easy to stock bars and restaurants with the latest microbrews from local breweries. The custom platform provides a user-friendly marketplace for managing orders, delivery and communications. Open b2b communications and analytics facilitate short and long term planning for both parties while providing a clear picture of market availability.
