As Lead Product Manager, I spearheaded the development and enhancement of the Pilot myRewards Plus mobile app, a leading tool for professional drivers and travelers at Pilot and Flying J travel centers. I managed cross-functional teams to deliver features like real-time fuel pricing, Prime Parking reservations, shower booking, mobile fueling, and a tiered loyalty points system (PushForPoints™).​

Overseeing a 23-person team, I drove Agile sprints to launch new features, improve stability and continue iterative enhancements, improving features like mobile parking reservations, increasing reservations by 24%. Key achievements include reducing mobile fueling error rates by 63% through targeted bug fixes and collaboration with retail technology, fuel delivery and payment teams, and implementing texting for shower reservations, boosting driver engagement.​
I collaborated with stakeholders (e.g., CTO, marketing) and vendors to align app functionality with business goals, such as increasing fuel sales and loyalty program adoption. The app, available on iOS and Android, supports millions of users with navigation, rewards, and convenience tools, earning 4.6/5 stars.
