As Product Manager for the Fuelbook mobile app, I led a transformative redesign to enhance usability and functionality for truck drivers and fleet operators.
I managed a 7-person cross-functional team to overhaul the app’s UI/UX, integrating backend data systems for real-time fuel price accuracy and location-based services. A key deliverable was the self-service fleet portal, enabling fleets to manage fuel deals and discounts, reducing administrative overhead by 30%. I implemented advanced analytics to track user behavior, driving a 15% increase in app engagement through personalized fuel stop recommendations.
Coordinating with data engineers and UI designers, I ensured seamless API integrations for fuel station data. Using Agile methodologies, I facilitated iterative releases, addressing user feedback to improve navigation and search functionality.
The redesigned app, available on iOS and Android, achieved a 4.6/5 (android) and 4.8/5 (iOS) star rating and supported thousands of drivers with cost-saving tools.
