Pilot Partner API Portal
As Product Manager, I led the 0-1 development of Pilot Travel Centers’ Partner API Portal, a platform extending digital engagement and loyalty program services to external partner apps, including RTS Pro, GasBuddy, and Garmin.
I drove the API strategy, overseeing portal design, development, and self-service features like comprehensive documentation and developer tools. Managing a cross-functional team, I facilitated Agile workflows to ensure seamless integration of travel center services (e.g., fuel pricing, loyalty rewards) into partner ecosystems, broadening Pilot’s digital reach.
My role included stakeholder alignment, vendor coordination, and defining scalable API endpoints to support real-time data exchange. The portal enhanced partner app functionality, driving increased user engagement across Pilot’s network.
This project strengthened my skills in API strategy, developer portal design, cross-platform integrations, and digital ecosystem expansion, delivering impactful B2B solutions.
